beyerdynamic presents the new Revoluto microphone units for Quinta
March 15, 2013
The new microphone units with Revoluto technology complement the range of microphone units for the wireless conference system Quinta.
Using intelligently connected microphone capsules, the patented Revoluto technology provides a corridor characteristic. This gives the speaker maximum freedom of movement – whether sitting, leaning back, standing or speaking to one side – volume and tone quality are unaffected. The gooseneck microphone is no longer needed, thus giving participants an unrestricted view.
The new chairman and delegate microphone units are appealing with their elegant design. The casings are coated with a very strong, scratch-resistant, premium paint from the automobile industry. Light strips on the side of the casing indicate the ready-to-talk status of the microphone units. The membrane buttons are back-lit with three colours and are therefore also suitable for use in darkened rooms. To ensure their suitability for all conference participants, the microphone buttons are also in Braille.
beyerdynamic has retained its successful charging concept and is again offering a modular, mobile charging and transport case for these microphone units. Twelve microphone units can be simultaneously charged in one charging unit within a maximum of 2.5 hours. They can then simply be taken out and placed on the table ready to be used again.
The new microphone units will be presented for the first time at Prolight + Sound 2013 in Frankfurt and will be ready for delivery in the summer.
